Step 1: The Design
The first step is to meet with one of our experienced designers to identify your project scope, including the purpose and goals of your new space. Based on years of experience, we’ll provide you with design concepts and floor plans to support your project goals. We use renderings and isometric drawing which enable you to see the designs in action! Before the design is finalized, we’ll make recommendations from hundreds of finishes to ensure your furniture fits seamlessly within your space.
Step 2: Project Management
Once your project is started, we’ll partner you with one of our detailed and friendly Design Account Executives, who will be with you from start to finish. Whether you’re a visionary or a highly detailed individual, we work with you to make sure everything from the timeline to the budget stays on track. We’re detail gurus when it comes to tracking orders, managing shipping dates, ensuring site measurements, scheduling installations, and more! Bottom line: We’ll manage every aspect of your project, so you can sit back and jump in for the fun parts – selections and approvals!
Step 3: Delivery and Installation
Once your furniture is ready to be delivered and installed, we’ll work with you to ensure your business continues to run smoothly – whether that means installing during regular business hours, after-hours, or even on the weekend. Our installation teams range from union to non-union, depending on your needs. They’ll arrive with all the tools needed for a smooth and timely installation. Once your furniture is in place, you’ll get to stand back, take a sigh of relief, and celebrate your new space!

New and Remanufactured Furniture: In addition to offering new furniture selections, we have additional resources at our fingertips to modify existing furniture for our clients’ remanufacturing needs. In fact, we have a paint/wood/refabricating shop, which allows us to provide furniture solutions in a timely, customized manner for our clients.

From completing facility tours of your existing and new locations, to attending construction meetings and vendor conference calls, we ensure every stage of your project stays on track for your ultimate project success. In fact, we’ll even work with you on creating your internal phased plan and moving schedule!
